Disable the administrator account is quite effective to secure the PC. However, it is quite a risk for people that are less thorough. The reason, turn off the administrator account without creating a new user name with administrator access will result in you can not activate the account administrator. 

Conditions will become worse if that guest account (guest) is also disabled. Consequently, if you forget your password for the user, then you will not be able to enter the system except to reinstall Windows.

1. Click [Start]> [Control Panel]> [System and Maintenance]> [Administrative Tools]> [Local Security Policy]. 
2. In the Local Security Settings window, go to the folder Security Settings-Local Policies-Security Options-. 
3. In the right window, find the line [Accounts: Rename administrator account], then double click the selection. 
4. Enter the user name you want on the Accounts: Rename administrator account Properties. 
5. Then click [OK] and close the Local Security Settings window, and restart your PC.
